A pleasant rest area beside a road with little traffic, with picnic tables, a nearby stream and routes for walking or cycling. The level area can accommodate 4/5 vans, although thistles may make it uncomfortable and the stream has been dry. The area is quieter in the evening, and overnight stays are listed as permitted.

Wonderful place with a stream nearby. We arrived and there was no one there. Close to the road, but traffic decreases in the evening.
Currently under construction, parking is impossible.
A pleasant place, close to the road, but not many cars pass by. There is a river, which was dry. Level open area for several vehicles and picnic tables. The open area is covered with thistles, making it a little uncomfortable.
There were two vans staying on Saturday night. We could not hear the passing cars much, and the Guardia Civil did not say anything to us. There is level ground for 4 or 5 vans. A perfect stopover between Portugal and Spain.
Beautiful landscape and a nice area for walking. No bins, no services except a few picknick tables. - Only 4 stars because at 7pm Guardia Civil came by to tell us it‘s not permitted to stay overnight in normal parking/resting spots in the whole region. You need to find parking especially designated for motorhomes to be allowed to spend the night. This is a recent development/new law, same as in Portugal.
