Red Shoot Camping Park

Description sounds great but we Didnt stay, couldn’t afford it! Mid September, 2 adults and 2 kids was £142 for two nights! (Camper van and trailer-tent!)

Wonderful views, well maintained and very friendly staff with a good pub next door. Fabulous.

Clean, tidy campsite. Unfortunately does not warrant exorbitant prices charged. On our departure, we came across another couple of campsites towards Forest exit more reasonably priced

Very clean clinical site excellent toilets and showers. Arrived and went to check in and was asked £43 for one night, and worse asked for Extra £2.50 for internet, and found out later that was for only 1 device, so would have to pay extra £2.50 for my wife’s iPad. Would not return

Very beautiful and extremely tidy campsite with everything you need… at £22 for two people in a van without electricity, it is also one of the cheaper sites so far… little or no phone signal! There is good Wi-Fi at the site for £2.50, very friendly people at reception and in the small shop (bread can be pre-ordered).✦Translating

Perfect place in the park. Grey-water disposal is somewhat complicated, but possible with help from the staff. Freshwater tank can be filled easily, and chemical toilet disposal is straightforward. Excellent restaurant directly in front of the campground. Highly recommended!✦Translating

Fantastic overnight stay. We stayed for one night and the friendly staff waited for us to arrive as it was after dark. Really nice campsite, super clean showers and toilets, power available, nice on site pastries for breakfast in the morning which weren’t too overpriced and a lovely pub right next door which was fab and very welcoming. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent site and lovely location. Toilets, showers always clean. Everything you need for a site including a shop. Right next to a lovely friendly pub and dog friendly.

Very beautiful and relatively large campsite. Everything is very well maintained, good sanitary facilities, friendly staff. The surroundings resemble an enchanted magical forest, ideal for walks with or without a dog.✦Translating

Stayed a couple of nights, very generous pitch, a little sloped, but thats what leveling wedges are for, clean facilities, well stocked shop, pub/ restaurant on the doorstep, dog friendly with some lovely countryside. definitely recommend this site
