A free daytime parking area beside Heddal Stave Church, with large spaces suitable for very large motorhomes and vehicles with trailers. There are no parking services, but toilets are available in the church shop. Picnic tables and benches make it convenient for a break, although traffic from the nearby busy road can be noticeable. Campers are not allowed between 00-06h.

The best parking near the church. Large spaces, even for very big motorhomes or cars with trailers. Clean and pleasant, with several benches and picnic tables. We recommend it!
Perfect place to visit the church, with plenty of space.
Large and convenient parking. No services. Church entrance for seniors: 110 NOK. The interior is magnificent.

Right next to the church, perfect for sightseeing. There is also a small café and an open-air museum. No motorhomes allowed from midnight to 6 a.m.
