Liofyto Camping Kythira

The price is €33 for a motorhome, two people and electricity, which is really excessive. At that price, you have to empty your black water into an uncovered plastic tank and cannot rinse your cassette! This brand-new campsite is absolutely unsuitable for motorhomes. Tents and vans are fine, but access is very complicated or impossible for anything larger than a van. Problem with the dog.✦Translating

The site manager has a young dog that bites and runs around freely. Therefore it is not suitable for families.✦Translating

Kythira is a wonderful, peaceful island, and fortunately this new campsite exists. We received a very friendly and helpful welcome, and Spiro showed us the secluded spots among the beautiful olive trees. The sanitary facilities are very new, and it was a pleasure to shower here. The beach is easily reachable on foot, and the picturesque seaside village is easily reached by bicycle.✦Translating

Even though the camp is still under construction, everything You Need is already there! We enjoyed pitching our tent in the shade of olive trees, with a warm atmosphere made by many lights in the trees at night. The facalities are new and clean. Since we came to kythira in the off-Season we enjoyed the Peace and quiet and amazing deserted beaches close to the Camp :)

After a WhatsApp message, we were able to camp here off-season. Spyros, the owner, is super friendly and hospitable. The place is fantastic: great facilities, a beautiful location, close to the flat and lovely coast.✦Translating
