Hilltop parking, steep access

Nothing special, neither good nor bad. Free motorhome spot in the countryside beneath the giant antenna. A bit sloped. Fine for a quiet night. Good for those who want to walk; there are well-marked trailheads.✦Translating

A calm and quiet spot. There was just one other car there with us. There was a road nearby with passing traffic, but it didn't disturb our sleep; the cars drove slowly. Parking is free. ✦Translating

Very quiet place in the hills above Trieste; we stayed there for three nights. About 500 m away, bus 3 goes to the city center (to the left when leaving the parking area). Suitable for vans and camper vans; above all, arrive from the north, toward Officina.✦Translating

We looked quite a while for a nice spot to sleep around Trieste, and this was by far the best one. Very calm and seems safe. Just very few cars passing through. Local hikers were friendly. Trail head for easy hikes and great views over Trieste right next to the parking. With the camper, access from the North side is easiest.✦Translating

The place is not bad at all, but part of the road to get there is very steep and narrow. It is impossible for vehicles to pass each other. Two cars had to reverse to let us through.✦Translating

This spot is perfect for visiting the city! the Buss 3 (600 foot) away.. I was there on Saturday and Sunday that the place is full of locals going for hiking, this makes the spot very safer. Stayed two nights here with 0 problems. It’s very quiet at night if no windy, otherwise the wind makes allot of noise on the antenna’s near the spot.✦Translating

Good place for an overnight stay. However, a few local cars were stopping at night and carabiniers came in the morning and checked our IDs, but they didn't make any problems ✦Translating

Nice place, magnificent view over Trieste from the ascent, very quiet night. The only drawback is a huge mast with transmitters next to the parking area.✦Translating

Nice parking spot on top of a hill. Probably not the best place for big motorhomes but for small ones it’s perfect. Close to Triest but still quiet. When you walk up a little path you have an incredible view over Triest. No facilities. We were there with one other camper beginning of august and didn’t have any problems. ✦Translating

Drove away immediately! The place is secluded and quiet, but directly beside/below Trieste's main radio, mobile-phone, and microwave transmission facilities, which can already be seen when approaching the city. Exposure to high-frequency electromagnetic fields is extreme: several milliwatts per square meter from mobile communications and half a watt per square meter from radio signals.✦Translating

Very steep road and narrow at points to reach this. V quiet no one else here. Amazing views walking past the radio masts. ✦Translating
