Clean gravel area, no toilets

We spent one night in this parking area. Checking in was a little complicated, but we received help from other travelers. Good value for money. In the morning we went to buy fresh bread from a nearby shop.

Located less than 800 meters from the sea, fairly tidy, without toilets or showers. Entry and registration are somewhat complicated; electricity costs extra. The particularly unpleasant thing is that some 'gentlemen' prefer to dump gray water on their pitch rather than move the motorhome. Some monitoring would be appropriate to prevent unpleasant situations.

Very noisy place: motorway noise day and night, a train nearby, and very powerful lighting all night. It is also unfortunate that some motorhome users dump their black water on their pitch even though a service area is provided for this. On the other hand, access is easy if you follow the instructions, and the gray/black-water dumping area works.

Arrival and departure are fully automated, which is very convenient. The area has a wastewater dumping point and a fresh-water filling point. The entire site is covered with gravel and is remarkably clean. You can hear the motorway slightly, but remember that the area is right in the city center.

A beautiful parking area close to the city, with reasonable prices and separated pitches. The water supply and disposal facilities work. We barely noticed the motorway. The only unusual aspect is the automatic booking at entry and for the electrical connection. Overall recommended—we stayed for two nights.

Good parking area; we did not use the services because the black-water dump was blocked. For €15 plus a €2 tourist tax, at least one toilet would be welcome. Overall, a good solution for reaching the seafront.

The black-water emptying facility has been broken for days, causing visitors to empty their toilet cassettes into the gray-water drain and rinse them with the drinking-water hose.

The owner was very kind and let us stay overnight despite the area being full. Well-maintained area, close to a supermarket and the sea. Quiet at night. €15 plus €2 tourist tax, paid in cash.

We stayed one night and paid €15, plus one euro per person. Electricity was extra; we paid about €3 for the night.

Fully automated check-in. We initially did not receive an SMS, but the operator was very nice and helped via the contact number. The motorway can be heard slightly. The site is clean and the town is within walking distance. It feels safe, and the beach and restaurants are highly recommended.

Nice camper site with full facilities. Of course there is some noise, but we slept peacefully. Entry and exit are fully automatic. Despite all the criticism, there is no problem. TIP: drive the camper almost right up to the barrier when entering and leaving. Call the phone number and the barrier opens. Once inside, you receive an SMS with a link for the overly extensive registration and payment.

March 1–9, 2026: €15 + €1 tourist tax, including water and wastewater; electricity extra at €1 per 0.8 kWh. We spent pleasant days and nights here. A very nice and helpful owner. Since March 5, 2026, the new check-in/check-out system has been operating. Everything now works via mobile phone. Spaces 16–20 are also suitable for motorhomes up to 9 m. I would gladly return.

The cash only is a bit of a mess. Electricity is not included, and the machine only accepts notes. Additionally, whatever you feed it to “top up” (for electricity) is what will get charged. Moral of the story: bring lots of EUR 5 notes.

Good parking area, somewhat noisy at certain times but quiet at night. It costs €14 per day, or €21 for 36 hours. If you want to stay for two or three days, at each 24-hour expiry you must return the card to the machine and repeat the card-request procedure, using the deposit refunded when you returned the previous day’s card. Very kind manager.

The operator is very friendly, dedicated, and helpful. We had a good stay. Quite tight for large motorhomes.

We stayed here for two nights, and it was a little crowded. Mr. Franco is extremely kind and tries to accommodate everyone. It is best to have long extension cables. Very convenient for cycling.

Cash only. A new card must be activated every day and the old card returned. 24 hours for €14, including fresh, gray, and black water and rubbish. Electricity extra. For €5 you can also come only to dump waste. It is quiet from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Otherwise there is a lot going on: rubbish trucks, motorway, lorries. The water pump beeps fairly loudly when water is drawn, so it is not ideal at night.

Hello, the manager is friendly, but there is no electricity and only two sockets, so we left and went to the parking area next to the tennis court. Thank you.

It is not very spacious and it fills up quickly so it is better to arrive early, also out of season (we were there at the end of December). Otherwise it is a bit noisy but fine.

Stayed here for 2 nights, good location as we had just crossed the border from France and needed to empty water and fill up etc. Only a few of the electric points working so would advise a 25 metre cable, only cold water at the washing up facilities and drains electric quickly so end up putting quite abit of money on your card.

A lovely manager and a nice, clean area are unfortunately betrayed by major negatives. First, the cash-only access system which requires you to buy a new charge-card each day is insanely complicated. It is archaic, disfunctional, and needs to go. The time wasted by both the manager and guests explaining this is unbelievable. Also the noise is constant, including a high-pitch whine, highway, trains

One of the noisiest places we have ever stayed. Directly beside a heavily trafficked road—the motorway is nothing compared with it. Trains also pass constantly, and something at the site beeps continuously. We fled shortly after 7 a.m.

We still got a space late in the evening. Access is through an electronic barrier. Unfortunately, the machine is not self-explanatory, so some fiddling is required.

Far from the center, access is on a bend, and inside it is narrow, unattractive, and too expensive at €19. You might as well sleep on the motorway.

Perfect place. The motorway is not very loud, the service is excellent, and I can only recommend the site. The machine is rather complicated, but there was always someone there to help us.

OK, but note: 1. Electricity is paid extra via a deposit on the parking card, which is not mentioned in the P4N description. 2. Be prepared to wrestle with the automated system on poorly maintained equipment, including a bad LCD screen on the payment terminal. 3. No toilet or shower. 4. Turning left directly at the entrance when coming from the motorway is dangerous, as it is on a bend, and against the rules because it crosses a solid line.

Nice camper stop for the area. Helpful owner! Some road noise and not easy for a walk with a dog but it's manageable. In the city you can find good pizza, good grocery store 10min,rent a bicycle and explore one of the nicest cycle path till San Remo and beyond.

Very tidy motorhome parking area—this is not the campsite farther up the road. There are some trees and shrubs and marked spaces, and it is a 10-minute walk to the promenade and cycle path. Barrier entry; pay cash first at the machine, €14 plus €5 for the card, which is returned in coins after inserting it into the machine once you have exited the barrier. Electricity extra. Good waste-dump and fresh-water facilities. You can see the motorway bridge, but it was quiet overnight.

Right under the motorway viaduct, so there is noise all night. Otherwise quiet and the only affordable option in the area. Free parking in town is practically impossible: there are camper-ban signs everywhere.

A very cheap and quiet area, suitable for one night. No showers or toilets, only water services and electricity. Do not confuse it with the one opposite, which is more expensive and has more facilities.

We spent one night here and everything was fine. €14 for 24 hours, for one motorhome with two adults and two children. Electricity extra (€3). No showers or toilets, only facilities for emptying and filling water. It is lit by streetlamps.

An excellent place, very clean and organized, though unfortunately a little expensive. €37 for parking and basic services is excessive, considering that you have to insert coins to take a hot shower. Electricity at each pitch also requires using a credit card, plus another €3. Laundry costs €5 and drying another €5. Quite a business.
