3 Via Porto, 26020, Crotta d'Adda
Been here?
A countryside riverside picnic spot with space for an overnight stay and a table. It is generally quiet, but a nearby bar can bring weekend concerts, visitors and traffic late into the night. The area is shaded and accessible to large vans, with mosquitoes, flies and processionary caterpillars present. A town is within walking distance, and a water fountain, toilets and waste bins have been reported nearby.

We stopped for a short break, then turned around because the place felt unsafe, with a bridge carrying heavy traffic. Dog owners should be careful: there are many processionary caterpillars.Translating
Okay place to stay for one night. Nothing special.Translating
A shady spot. The place is good but a little noisy. There is a refreshment bar where the people are very friendly, with concerts on weekends, I think. The place is developing. Watch out for mosquitoes and flies; the crickets are also very active during the day.Translating
So nice to wake up on the river, we didn’t hear a single person pass during the night either. It’s walking distance from a pleasant little town and there was a concert in the piazza the night we slept here. I think the signs for ZLT zone are a bit confusing around here though.
Excellent! A beautiful stop on our route, perfect for dinner.Translating
In itself, it is a beautiful place. Next to the parking spaces there is a bar with friendly people. The bar was busy late even during the week. Unfortunately, around 11 p.m. some young men arrived, lay down right next to our camper, and snorted drugs through their noses. It seemed to be their meeting place for that. It was very unpleasant, so we drove away again during the night.Translating
One of my favorite overnight spots in Italy. Except on weekends! From Friday evening onward, the bar is crowded with locals and the fun continues late into the night, with cars coming and going. So avoid it on weekends!Translating
Good place to rest. We stopped to eat and take a break. We did not sleep here, but it seems there would be many mosquitoes at night. Local people come here to fish. It is easily accessible with large vans and motorhomes.Translating
Quiet spot by the river, lulled by the sound of cicadas and frogs. The night was wonderfully peaceful! The spot is quite large and relatively flat. Big plus: the still and sparkling water fountain at the top of the path!Translating
Quiet spot below the village and beside the river. There is room for several vehicles on level ground. There is a guinguette next door, open only from Friday to Sunday evening, so I imagine it is not as peaceful on weekends, but the atmosphere must be nice. A little farther away, there is a bridge where we took shelter because it was raining.Translating
Very peaceful spot on dirt/grass. On the banks of the Adda River, with trails starting here and following the river. There is a small hut with a toilet and sink. Bins for rubbish and complete silence.Translating
