33 Carretera la Roza, 04520, Abrucena
Been here?
Free, well-levelled motorhome area in the village, close to bars and restaurants. Potable water, grey-water and black-water emptying are available, although there are no bins. It is very quiet, with valley views, but access through narrow streets can be difficult for larger vehicles.

I visited the village for mountain biking and stayed for two nights. I had a very peaceful night; there are several bars in the village and the people are very friendly. Thanks to the town council for thinking of us.Translating
Very nice area. We were alone there. Careful with arriving, as towns streets are narrow. You can arrive to the area also by avoiding the town center if you check it on maps.
On Sunday, we did the beautiful Almond Route. Thanks to Abrucena for the excellent motorhome area and good services. The village is well cared for and distinctive, with very friendly people. We shopped at the store; the bread was very good. With the route group, we ate at Las Chinas restaurant. Everything was great, but be careful on the access stretch if you meet another vehicle. We passed safely with a 7-meter motorhome.Translating
Access is through the centre but we were fine in 6m van. Parking is in an elevated position overlooking the valley. Village baker recommended plus small supermarket. Restaurants closed. Sun appears between 12 and 4.30. Very quiet - we were the only ones there!
The approach can be challenging for large vehicles; the spaces are more suitable for smaller vehicles. Nice view over the town, with many things within walking distance and friendly people there. I would not collect drinking water here: the cassette emptying point is underneath, and the other tap must be pressed repeatedly—some people will clean their cassettes here.Translating
It has free drinking water, and gray- and black-water disposal. In the village itself.Translating
Beautiful service area; everything is free. Very quiet night. Thank you to the town council.Translating
Very nice place, quiet, close to the motorway. Services are completely free, and it is very good for spending the night, although we did not stay overnight.Translating
We had an excellent quiet night's stopover here it has services for water, black and gray waste but no bins. The parking area is clean and fairly level. As others have said you have to come through the village so larger vehicles may struggle but for free very good thanks to the community for providing
A quiet place with water.Translating
The place is very good for being free. You should bear in mind that there is a square next to it where children gather, so it is a little noisy during the day, but everything is great at night. The drawback is that the streets leading to the parking area are somewhat narrow.Translating
Very good, clean parking area, shaded in the morning because it is on the mountainside. The water is free. The small village is beautiful and has a bakery five minutes away on foot, if you do not get lost. You can empty the toilet and gray water. Flat, paved ground. The access looks a little frightening, but it is manageable.Translating
Stay on the AL-5403 when driving to or from the site. The road is somewhat narrow; on the way back we had to reverse several times to let vehicles pass. Better views than down in Montagón, but just a parking area without much charm. We drove on.Translating
Wonderful place, very nicely laid out. The service facilities work perfectly. The children were delighted by the small birds nesting in the cliff at the edge of the parking area and putting on a great spectacle in the morning.Translating
Really great place, clean, free water and waste services, and friendly local residents. Unfortunately, the site is on a tight bend, so many cars honk to announce themselves, but it is okay. In heavy rain, avoid the two outer spaces, as stones fall from the cliff; we had a small paint chip.Translating
Perfect for lunchtime, with a very nice view. Stay relaxed when accessing it (small two-way streets) with overhanging balconies. Spaces are a little short for vehicles over 7 m.Translating
