We arrived in the evening and spent a pleasant, quiet night. Free car park, no time limit. It is about a 20-minute walk to the old town.
We stayed here close to the old town and had a wonderful walk through Freiburg. You could certainly spend the night here at weekends too—very quiet because it is a dead end. But we had to move on.
