Seaside parking, overnight stay unreliable

A large, sloping car park beside the sea, used for beach access and beach bars. Recent visitors were sent away in the evening, so overnight parking is not currently reliable. The area also has restaurants, bars, sunbeds costing 22 € to 60 €/day, and jet-ski rental for 80-100€/30 minutes.

Very nice place, for overnight stay, keep behind the gate. People are nice there, you can choose from many variants of sunbeds, from 22 € to 60 €/day. There are several restaurants and bars. You can rent a jet ski as well (80-100€/30 minutes) We stayed almost 2 days here and were happy.
We wanted to stay here for one night as a stopover. The whole place is a large construction site, so the area is dirty and covered in dirt. We also weren’t welcome. The water in the toilets had been turned off. The site is being converted into a large beach with entertainment. It may be good as a recreational beach, but it is unsuitable for overnight stays.Translating
DO NOT PARK HERE. It literally says free back parking, however they locked the gates on us behind us, demanded we paid €10 to leave. After an hour of waiting by the gate we managed to leave.
Only small vans can reach the spot shown in the photo. The parking area before it is surrounded by rubbish and construction debris. It is free during the day, but at 8 p.m. they came to charge us €10 to spend the night. We moved a little farther up, outside the parking entrance.Translating
