This is a quieter lakeside corner around Lake Filheit, reached from the other side by car or van via a small path. The clay ground is sloping, and when wet it can be dangerous and difficult to climb back up. The access has deep potholes and fallen trees, there is considerable litter, and the water has been described as a smelly brown-green mixture.

Pretty spot, but the ground is clay and sloping, so it is easy to fall. Also, when it rains, it can be dangerous to drive down to the lakeside in a van or car; with wet clay, it is difficult to get back up. On the other hand, there was a lot of rubbish, including some in the fire.Translating
The road is absolute hell—don't drive in! Very deep potholes and broken trees along the way scratched my paint badly. The water stinks and is a brown-green sludge. I didn't go in and drove away immediately. Very disappointing.Translating
