Hiking parking, New Year fireworks

Beautiful area to park your motorhome. A 15-minute walk to the village. The area has trees providing plenty of shade and shelter from the sun. Despite being next to the road, it is not too noisy.✦Translating

We spent two nights. Ideal for walks. But during the May 1st holiday weekend in 2026, there were many campers, especially campervans. These people have no room inside and they inconvenience us all.✦Translating

Do not come at New Year because the firecrackers are unbearable and the Guardia Civil cannot do much because there are too few officers, and firecrackers are the least of their concerns. At 6 a.m. they were still going. I give it two stars because the area itself is not bad, but I don't think I will return. There are more beautiful villages.✦Translating

4G, quiet, the sound of water, great views like all the parking areas along the road. Sloping, but manageable, and you can choose which way to park so it slopes on the right side. Nice, worth the detour.✦Translating

Fantastic, quiet place close to trails. The village is also very close and walkable. The ground is a little uneven, but we quickly fixed it with leveling blocks. Our van is large, and we had to be careful with the branches when opening the roof, but there is space without a problem. Beautiful views. We spent two nights with a baby and two dogs.✦Translating

A great place to park. Spacious, and you wake up at the foot of Peñón Grande. Beautiful and very convenient if you plan to hike or do mountain activities nearby.✦Translating

A reasonable alternative location if parking area lower down the hill opposite campsite is full (it was for us on a Saturday evening). Uneven and rough ground between trees. OK for smaller campervans but more challenging but possible for larger RVs.✦Translating

Nice spot with an amazing view, it’s not flat everywhere so you have to be a bit lucky (or early) to find the right spot. Also it’s right next to the road, which can be a bit noisy. I stood here with +- 5 other vans. ✦Translating

Just spent a nice quiet night here. It is next to a road but quiet at night. It is a long steep walk down to the town which means it is a long steep walk back up! It is a nice town with a lot of cafes. There is a lot of shade whuch was welcome as it was a hot day. ✦Translating

Lots of shade under the trees, but they have branches from about 2.5 meters upward. Only a few spaces under the trees are suitable for tall vehicles. There are also sunny spots. Great view and only 850 meters on foot to the center.✦Translating
