This is a flat, quiet ground parking area near Fredes, with beautiful mountain and coastal views. Overnight stays are currently prohibited, and the access road is poor and very narrow. The area has no services, can be quite windy, and is infested with processionary caterpillars.

No services. BEWARE OF PINE PROCESSIONARY CATERPILLARS—the area is INFESTED!!! We woke up with the roof of the van covered in them and a line of them at our feet.
Overnight stays are currently not allowed. During Holy Week, forest rangers came by to warn us. The views are very beautiful, although it is quite windy.

I was there a month ago and overnight stays are not allowed; there is a sign. It is a real shame, so I looked for another place on the streets behind the Europa restaurant and spent the night without any problem.

Incredible spot with an amazing view of the mountains and sea! We are here on August 23, 2022, and alone in the world with our van :) Thanks once again for sharing! The road is also superb—nothing to say, just pure enjoyment!
Super beautiful, spectacular views. The downside is the wind, which didn't let us sleep much. Maybe it is good for spending the day and taking a nap. Very quiet, and although it is beside the road, you can hardly hear the cars.
