Shaded aquarium-side area, poor services

Unfortunately, this is the only nearby place to visit the aquarium with a camper. We stayed one night without electricity—two adults and one child, €30 without power, extremely expensive for what it offers. Facilities exist but are terrible, almost as if they were not there. Above all, the staff were really rude and arrogant. If we had not been visiting the aquarium, we would honestly have left.

Open-air parking directly opposite the aquarium entrance. The €10 price for parking while visiting the aquarium seemed reasonable. We stayed only for the duration of the visit, so I do not know what the facilities are like. The pitches are shaded and the caretaker is kind. Beware of the 2.90-meter underpass when arriving from the motorway.

Simple site on grass between the road and railway line. We paid €35 for two adults and two children without electricity. Too expensive for what is offered.

Actually, this is an excellent solution; nothing is missing: fresh-water filling, gray- and black-water disposal, and electricity (€5 for 24 hours). The toilets are clean, the site is level, and there is green space around it for dogs. Easy access. However, €30 after mid-October is a lot. I wonder how much it costs in August.

Well, sometimes you can only marvel at the expectations of some motorhome travelers. We have a toilet and shower on board; the site is small but fine. Anyone wanting more luxury should go to a campsite. The price? That's their business! This is more than enough for us. The night was quiet apart from passing trains.

A disaster: some campers are on gravel, some on grass, and there are fairground trucks. Two toilets and two showers, not very clean. Two sinks for washing dishes, but you can use only one because the other is for the fairground workers. Six facilities for 40–50 campers. I hope that, after so many negative reviews, the owners take notice and improve things.

€30 for a sunny spot. We needed to stay to visit the Cattolica Aquarium, whose parking area excludes campers even for a simple visit. It should be noted that the aquarium parking operator also manages this camper area and benefits from it. We opted for a parking area in Misano and walked a little.

Place near the beach and aquarium. €10 for the day to visit the aquarium, including emptying and filling water. You can spend the night and take a shower. The staff are very friendly.

If you’ve ever had a nightmare about bad sanitary conditions at a campsite, this is the place where it becomes reality. It’s not a real camping ground but just a vast parking lot. The toilets are Turkish squat style and absolutely filthy – the hygiene is nonexistent. On top of that, the railway runs right next to the area, so you have delicate noise from passing trains. This area has the advantage of being close to a beach, free or paid, and offers all amenities included in the €30 rate. The train is nearby, and the sanitary facilities are old-fashioned, but they are useful when expensive campsites are unavailable. Today the hot showers are clean! You just have to respect the locals!

The parking area itself is not so bad. All spaces are level and the road is in good condition. The problems start when you try to take a shower. There is a 30-year-old container with two showers and two toilets, shared by men and women. The water is hot, but the showers are in terrible condition, the water does not drain, and there is dirt everywhere. Only worth stopping at because you are forced to if visiting the aquarium.

Recommended only for one night or a little longer. Very outdated facilities, although at least the shower is hot and the water plentiful, and the price is high (€25 without electricity, €30 with electricity).

Convenient only if you are going to the aquarium, right opposite the entrance. Otherwise, better forget it.

It is fine because it is a large, fenced parking area. There is an electricity connection and facilities for filling and emptying water. It is better to avoid the toilets—they are dirty and old. At €30, I find it expensive.

Basically a parking lot right beside the road. €25 without electricity seems far too much! But we arrived tired in the afternoon and had to go to the aquarium, which is directly opposite. Two showers from the Stone Age, but at least they work and are free, and two squat toilets without toilet paper.

Two nights with electricity: €60. Large, guarded and fenced parking area, with an excellent location. Little shade and only two showers and two toilets shared by men and women. Unfortunately, when we stayed there, we had to wait endlessly for a shower, which was often cold. Finally, there was also the unpleasant problem of sewage backing up from the toilets into the showers. The facilities and value for money need improvement.
