Thank you for this dump station behind the service station. It is clearly marked by arrows on the ground. There is a key on the building's gable that allows you to open the hatch in the ground and empty both grey and black water.

We paid 4€ to top up with fresh water. The hose isn't very long and you can't connect your own hose. There is also grey and black waste which all goes in the same drain which is driveover. There is no hose to wash the toilet cassette.

We stayed here for one night. Surprisingly quiet considering the proximity of the main road and the parked trucks. There is not much to say; everything is as described. The gas station serves as reception for check-in, is open 24 hours, and also has a self-service area and toilets. For visiting Santa Claus Village, there is an underpass that safely takes you to the other side of the road. Bye.

We were here twice in the last few days. Emptying grey and black water is actually completely straightforward. However, some drivers seem overwhelmed by how to operate it. Therefore, please: 1. Open the drain cover. 2. Open the grey-water outlet. 3. Pour the black water into the hole, not around it. Nobody wants to stand in a lake full of dirt!

We spent the night here: €25 per night including electricity and dumping. The neat toilets are open 24 hours. You stand quietly at the edge of the forest in marked spaces. The small restaurant serves excellent food 24 hours a day. We chose this instead of the free parking areas farther along.

Wonderful to find a service station offering grey-water disposal. Black-water disposal is also available, but without rinsing. Water costs €4, payable at the station counter. Everything works.

Simple water and waste services. We refueled, bought AdBlue, and politely asked at the counter about water and wastewater disposal. The cashier explained everything very kindly. At a large gas station directly opposite Santa Claus Village, there are several motorhome spaces with electricity for €25. You can eat well and inexpensively at the station and use the toilets around the clock. Very friendly staff. Grey- and black-water disposal is available. We were the only motorhome, but there were countless trucks.

Friendly welcome and nice staff. However, there is Wi-Fi, but nobody knows the password...

Price is 25 EUR and includes toilet, fresh water and electricity. Truma 6E heating worked at full power with enough electricity for other appliances. It is a bit noisy due to the nearby truck parking. Grey water disposal is not available in winter. Overall very good value for the price. Very good and affordable restaurant nearby. Highly recommended.

Tried to empty the cassette toilet, but it is not possible during winter. Small and very busy parking area. We did not stay here; we spent three nights at the free campervan parking area across the street at Santa Claus Village.

At the beginning of September, we bought a Finnish 11 kg gas bottle here for about €120. Before returning home, we wanted to return it empty. We did not get a deposit refund, so we are taking the empty bottle with us and considering what to do with it.

Very good place for one night; road noise is not disturbing. Full services for €25 per night: electricity, water, wastewater and toilet disposal. 100 m from the underpass leading to Santa Claus Village. Meals and breakfast are available at the station. Welcoming staff. Not much noise at night and nothing really bothersome: dogs barking, trucks maneuvering in the parking area, and so on.

Dear campers, please remove the shaft or metal cover before emptying the cassette. Some real experts are already out there.

Used this location to empty grey water. The drain is very dirty and is also used for emptying chemical toilets. Still, it is nice that there is a place nearby where grey water can be disposed of.

We filled up with fuel at the cheapest station in Rovaniemi and took the opportunity to use the motorhome services as well. Perfect.

Convenient for emptying grey and black water; you need to position yourself carefully. There is a tire compressor, but no water-filling facility.

Everything you need is available here easily and around the clock. We came several times and always received friendly service. Surprisingly, we were able to buy the cheapest regional diesel here every time. We could not complain about excessive road noise or other nighttime disturbances. Breakfast buffet for under ten euros. Excellent!

This is probably a nice place where dump waste water and refill fresh water but it was very noisy because it is on the back of a petrol station and close to fairly busy road until late at night and early in the morning.

Just a hole in the ground behind the gas station, but there are not many other options in the surrounding area.

It’s ok for a parking at gas station. It’s not a camping level. You will not take a shower there, it’s for truckers only. All services like grey and black water dumping or fresh water are at place. However it’s far from modern or higenic ones, just a pipe hole in the ground.

Okay for emptying black and grey water. As recommended in another comment, we went to the Rovaniemi Teollisuustie station to fill up with free fresh water; see the other P4N location.

Pay close attention to the photo: the blue cover must be lifted... yes, really! Hygiene is questionable... well, there you have it!
