Been here?
A large, green campsite with spacious pitches, a swimming pool, sports facilities, a playground, and a bar. It is convenient for visiting Modena, with a bus stop less than 10 minutes away on foot. The motorway and nearby road are audible, and the sanitary facilities are very old, with mixed cleanliness reports. A stay for 2 people and a camper was reported at 39 € including electricity and hot showers; the owners’ dogs roam freely.

Lots of space; you can choose where to stand. The sanitary facilities are very outdated. The swimming pool is great, but on Sundays it is full of Italians and there is not a single chair left. Breakfast can be ordered. The owners' dogs roam freely.
A little old, but perfect for visiting the city. The spaces are large and clean, and the welcome is friendly.
Very well located for visiting Modena; the bus stop is less than a 10-minute walk away. Adequate sanitary facilities. The only drawback is the price.
I think this campsite is exceptionally good for visiting Modena. The motorway can be heard but is not unbearable. The pool is a real asset on hot days. Very friendly staff. I can only recommend this place.
A good and recommended place as a stopover or for visiting the city. Very friendly site manager and kiosk operator. Sanitary facilities—everything clean.
Loudest campsite ever. Beware: the owners' dogs roam freely. If your own dog is not extremely docile, it can become unpleasant.
Camping as previously described: sanitary facilities are old and not very clean. Electricity (€4) is 10 amps if you are lucky, probably 6 amps. The motorway noise was not a problem for us. We found €39 expensive, but there is also no competition nearby.
Price for two people and a camper: €39, including electricity and hot showers. Uncomplicated, friendly welcome. Bread-roll service. Clean sanitary facilities. Full camper service. An oasis between the motorway and a road that can be heard but did not disturb us. Ideal for a stopover.
Large campsite in a green setting, spacious pitches, clean bathrooms with toilet paper and soap. There is a sports field, children's playground, swimming pool, and bar. Restaurants are just outside the parking area. Everything is fenced. Since we were alone, my dog was able to run freely. Water taps and electricity at every pitch.
We stayed here for one night. If you are a light sleeper and sleep in a tent, bring earplugs: the campsite is in a hollow surrounded by the motorway, and especially by a toll station. It is difficult to sleep with trucks honking. The sanitary facilities are clean, but when we were there there was hot water only in the men's facilities.
This is probably a good place for services, but we didn't find it suitable for staying overnight because, in October, it was noisy because it is located in a very noisy position close to the highway. The city center is also a bit far.
The campsite seems nice. We only emptied the gray water and the toilet and filled up with fresh water. €5.
Friendly man. Clean pool. Sanitary facilities clean but old. The campsite generally needs renovation. Good for one night at present. Watch out for mosquitoes, which are numerous in the summer months. Motorway noise is not too bad.
Perfect for a stopover, beside the motorway, with a beautiful pool when it is very hot. €37.40 for two adults and a large van for one night. Adequate sanitary facilities; grumpy and unfriendly owner.
Just like already written: Everything works, is there and is gut. Yes, if you somehow missed that is a lot of noice - then you will be surprised. But no problem for us. Otherwise: fine. Pool is really good. Found a spot with perfect shade. One comment. Don’t drive there “from within” Modena- as it brings you to a hight-limited tunnel. But perfect when you come from the highway. 20 min to city cent
Check-in is easy. We were able to choose a spot. There is a bread-roll service. Wi-Fi is excellent and free. The sanitary facilities are showing their age. We paid €66 for one night for four people, a dog, and a motorhome. There are motorways or toll stations all around. It is rather noisy, but we felt very comfortable and safe. We would come again.
Also suitable for large motorhomes or long caravans, with a wide entrance and level pitches, either under shady trees or on a meadow. Charming little bar where you can also order bread and croissants, nice pool, and all services available, easily accessible, and included in the price: hot showers, electricity, fresh water, wastewater disposal, and chemical toilet disposal.
City campsite, easy to reach, hot showers, and the pool was great for the kids. A shopping mall with a huge supermarket is about 2 km away.
Rather unfriendly reception. The campsite has everything you need. The washrooms are older but clean, and everything works well. There are toilet seats, paper, and soap. Little shade. Delicious cornetti for breakfast. The surrounding road can be heard as a soft rushing sound, like the sea. It did not bother us. We paid €41 for a camper, two people, and electricity. Very good Wi-Fi at the bar.
A very noisy campsite surrounded by motorways. Traffic continues all night. The sanitary facilities are outdated but otherwise okay. Very expensive, though: two people with a car and caravan cost €41.50 for one night.
We stayed at the campsite and felt comfortable. The place is clean and the sanitary facilities are good; even the showers had pleasantly hot water. The owner, Ivan, was very nice and helpful with questions. There is even a washing machine—you just have to ask. We paid €37 for a motorhome and two people without electricity. You can easily get into the city by bus. We would gladly come again.
Let me put it this way: if you want to get someone excited about camping, you should not necessarily take them to this place. Somewhat gruff reception. The site and sanitary facilities are clearly showing their age. You can see the motorway from the pool. Functional for one night.
