Small quiet high-altitude scenic spot at Bedretto, sheltered from wind with a beautiful mountain view, ideal for an overnight stop. Some sport cars and motorcycles pass by in the evening, but travellers weren't disturbed at night. Winds can gust strongly (up to 80 km/h) and at around 2000m altitude temperatures can drop to freezing even in July, so pack warm clothing.

A breathtaking view, a superb spot. Some sports cars and motorcycles pass in the evening, but they did not disturb us at night. Be careful, as wind gusts can be violent. We had winds of 80 km/h, and bring warm clothes because we were at 2,000 metres altitude and the temperature dropped to 0°C on July 23, 2026.
