Coastal parking, campervans prohibited

In this area, campers and motorhomes may not park or stay overnight. There is a very clear sign at the entrance prohibiting parking for vehicles over 1.8 tons. For now, the police are being lenient, but if everyone continues doing whatever they want, they will eventually start issuing fines. Do not promote this place because parking is prohibited.✦Translating

Huge car park where three motorhomes are parked. Arrive in the morning or afternoon and you will leave without parking, as we did. Maybe another time.✦Translating

A paradise. Free parking in a beautiful, enormously large place where you can walk the dogs off leash. The beautiful beach is 500 meters away. There are no services, water, or shade. Couples watch the sunset and people stroll around. What a shame to have to leave.✦Translating

Looks like the perfect parking area.Lots of other vans already parked when we arrived from the ferry. (Motorhome Aire already full).Do NOT try and park here overnight. Police turned up on motorbikes just after 8pm. They insisted that we move. They said there was a notice which turned out to be across the road. Eventually agreed we could park in main beach car park as sign has been lost from there!

Very quiet place with some grass and very close to the beach. Be careful, because parking is no longer allowed this weekend; the whole area is cordoned off to set up an event for next week's festivities.✦Translating
