3 Rue de la Porte Saint-Laurent, 51600, Souain-Perthes-lès-Hurlus
Been here?
A small, very quiet parking area beside the Nécropole Nationale de la Crouée military cemetery, suitable for lunch or an overnight stop. The D977 can be heard slightly, particularly in the morning. A path leads to a picnic table and bin beneath the trees, and the cemetery is worth visiting respectfully.

A peaceful overnight and picnic spot next to the impressive cemetery of the Nécropole Nationale de la Crouée, which is well worth visiting. In the morning, you can hear the D977 a little. Moderate 5G reception.
Unusual place, very quiet. We had a good night's sleep, even though the main road is nearby.
Indeed, this car park is very nice for spending a peaceful night. Thank you.
I just spent a night here in absolute peace and quiet. Directly opposite the entrance to the large cemetery, there is a small path leading to a picnic table and a rubbish bin. There is room for everyone here. Please respect this memorial site.
Quiet, beautiful place. Recommended.
We stopped for lunch, but you can easily spend the night here. The cemetery is for those who died in the First World War. Great respect is due for leaving this place so open, reminding us that war costs and destroys human lives.
This place could have been listed as a nature spot on P4N. There is a dirt path on the left alongside a field. There is even a picnic table, hidden under the trees and invisible from the path. You can also go to the end of the cemetery, where there is a large car park. We woke up to birdsong. A very peaceful night.
Spent one night here and had no trouble from the road farther away. Recommended.
