Riverside, late-night kayakers

There's an easily accessible flat surface, wonderful view, lovely sound of the river, no traffic at night. We has some sheep as late-night visitors. Across the street a beautiful forest, just mind your step as many have used it as a toillet. One car can fit comfortably, two could be squeezed in.

Full of Kayakers running around naked, making noise until late night and spreading smelly neoprene stuff all over the area. When we arrived they told us to leave because it’s only for them. No space to avoid them, we stayed next to the street nearby but could hear them all night. Not recommendable!

After the severe storm at the beginning of August, you cannot currently drive all the way down. Rubble has been added at the top, allowing a maximum of two vans to stand there. It does not seem very pleasant at the moment.

Beautiful place! We stood up on the rubble; there is no need to drive all the way down to the water. The loud rushing of the river and, at times, the passing train did not bother us.

Parked at the top, slightly to the side, so as not to obstruct anyone who might be rafting. Fantastic spot, beautiful view of the river and peaceful.

Not recommended for large campers! In theory, a beautiful place with a nice view, but we drove on. We were afraid of getting stuck on the rubble, and at 8 metres we would have been too long anyway. It would also have been far too steep for us.

Great, unique place! At night you can hear some noises from the river, train and cars, but we did not find them disturbing. There is a fire pit both above and below by the riverbank. I would not recommend driving down, as the ground consists of very loose rubble. Otherwise, a wonderful place!

Great spot! Washed in the river in the morning. At night there was occasional traffic and one idiot honking.

We stood at the top. A motorcycle had just got stuck below. We had a wonderful evening, but at night cars drive directly and quickly past. There are very few of them. A quad bike also came at night and deliberately honked to wake us. Perhaps it was the same person who caused trouble at the next parking area last week. We have never experienced anything like it. Why?
