This small, very quiet parking area is at the start of hiking trails and provides access to the Mont Aiguille area. The approach through the village is steep, but it passes easily in first gear; access must be via the gîte road, not the nearby pedestrian path. The mountain is partly visible from the parking area and is fully reached within a few minutes on foot. There is good 4G reception, but no rubbish bin or other services.

Small, very practical parking area because you can leave from here to hike around Mont Aiguille. Good 4G reception, no bin or other facilities.
Very quiet spot. The road to access the parking area is a little steep, but just use first gear and it is easy. The view from the parking area is partial, but within a few minutes' walk you are at the foot of Mont Aiguille. Be careful: currently, at the end of April, a pile of gravel takes up one space.
Very pleasant little place. The view is partly hidden by trees, but Mont Aiguille is still visible. The access from the other nearby point shown is not passable—it is a pedestrian path—so you must use the road to the lodge.
Beautiful place and starting point for hikes. No mobile reception.
Perfect spot at the start of hiking trails with magnificent views. Road to the spot is a steep road trough a tiny village, very doable for a can but not for motorhomes. In a 10 minute radius there are multiple other spots if this one is full.
