Been here?
A mostly level village car park suitable for a quiet overnight stop, with no services. A suggested donation of £5 is requested, and public toilets, a small shop and a pub are nearby. The pub is directly opposite, while footpaths lead into the hills and along the river. Water from the shop was listed originally, but a recent comment says it is unavailable.

Good place to spend one night, but it is impossible to get water from the grocery shop. Do not count on this stop to fill up. Otherwise, a very quiet night.
Great park up for the night for a small donation have to be self contained although good stopover with a pub small shop for stock up and public toilets ideal
Very quiet stop with lots of space. Suggested donation £5. Near to public toilets, small shop and a pub. Has one bin with big openings on 4 sides. One little picnic bench near entrance to forest trails.
I had been here in the past and the place was well maintained: the grass was cut, there was no litter, and the picnic area was immaculate. At that time it was managed by the community; now it is managed by the council and has been abandoned. The park is even flooded because the necessary drainage has not been done.
Flat parking. Picnic bench. Opposite police station. Traffic noise till late and early morning onwards. Safe enough spot. Short walking trail nearby. Was wary of the dog kept at the convenience store though. Perhaps don't walk past with your dog on that side of the road. Would stay there again for a night.
Looks like a fairly safe spot, opposite a police station and near local amenities but not so close you would feel like you are causing a nuisance. Didn't stay overnight but would consider in the future. Weak signal but some 4g on EE.
Great stop over Mainly level car park parking Near to road, but not too noisy Londis shop and nice pub serving food, across the road Walks /footpaths into the hills opposite, or by the river (great if you have a dog, but the river walk is very wet and boggie just now!). Honesty box £5 donation, which we didn't hesitate to pay into. All in all a very good park for the night!
we stayed here for a night. We parked just outside of the parking área, in a square Next to the wáter pumps because the surface was flatter than in the car park. We had a good dinner in the pub just in front. and donated some pounds im hhe donation box. Quiet and comfortable place . We would definitely stay here again.
We had a very relaxed evening here. The pub next door is great! A £5 donation is more than fair. We would come back anytime. Thanks to the little village.
We had a good night here. There is a pub directly opposite; the food is delicious and so is the beer. Absolutely recommended for one night.
We had a very good, peaceful night, with a short walk to the water. There is a pub directly opposite with good food and a Scottish atmosphere. We were very comfortable!
Close to a pub and across the police (which gives an even better feeling). 5 GBP as a donation reqested, but worth more, so we gave more. A clear recommendation for an overnight stay!
Good sleeping place! 5£ which is quiet good.
Stayed here and went to the bar and had a pizza at the crianlarich hotel. Also a pint at the rod and reel. Great village to stop at and a bargain at £5 to stay in the car park. Pay the fee and spend in the village to make the van life people welcome. Such lovely folks here.
We were able to spend the night here comfortably. There is some road noise, but it is not too bad. The pub serves delicious beer and several types of whisky, as well as food (which we did not try). The shop is also excellently stocked. Clear recommendation! Overnight parking costs £3 for cars and £5 for campervans/motorhomes in the box.
stayed last night very peaceful, put money in the Donations poll.
excellent stop off. minimum donations 5.00 but if we do not make an effort for these stop off and pay a bit more they will go. we cannot expect the communities to fund us travellers please pay the minimum and more if you can because if you don't it willnt be here soon
Great place to stop in the winter, lovely view and walks. No services except the shop.
Winter stop in campervan. Ideal! Village shop is really good and views of mountains just superb. Voluntary donation requested at Car park, which is level and although the main road has plenty of trucks it’s about 20M away if you park at the back. Great walks by the river.
