Called ahead but no answer so I can assume not open on a Monday. Please update your opening hours.
We arrived at 8 p.m. They close at 9 p.m. We had an excellent dinner, including a children's menu. There is a playground, and if you eat there you can sleep in a flat gravel parking area. We slept peacefully and had breakfast at their playground tables in the morning.Translating
Found it after some searching, unfortunately closed on Monday, and on Tuesday only drinks are available; food starts on Wednesday. What a shame... We still want to stay overnight... It certainly looks inviting.Translating
Great place to stop over for good ales, excellent food with a large car park which easily take 2 large transit size vehicles, ring ahead and speak to Sarah and the team. Start of a 40 min walk to Highdown Hill plus a lovely pub near the Highdown Gardens.
Friendly welcome. Permission to stay overnight without any further obligation. Outstanding food. Tasty beers. Very quiet, level spot at the end of a cul-de-sac. A neighboring construction site could only be heard a little in the morning, and it did not bother us. We would gladly return anytime.Translating

Plenty of room in car park. Landlord happy for us to stay overnight - we rang ahead to check. No food available on the night we were there but enjoyed a few drinks & nibbles.
