Highway rest area, summer daytime noise

A highway rest area suitable for a short pause. The toilets are somewhat clean, but the location is noisy during summer daytime because it is above the highway. It is also actively used as a meeting place.

The site is okay for a short break, and the toilets are reasonably clean, but it is obviously and very actively used as a meeting place for sex.
This is probably a good place for the facilities and for a short rest along the road but we didn't find it suitable for staying longer because, in summer, during the day it was noisy because it is above the highway.
