Landscaped site, indirect access

For us, it was a refuge during bad weather on the coast. Clean and spacious.

Currently €30 for 2 people in a campervan including showers and electricity. Great little site, close to town and parkrun next door on a Saturday. Would recommend and use again.

Very quiet place, clean facilities, in a beautiful park. Beware: the GPS takes you to the sports park. Do not enter; stay on the road on the left, which leads to the campsite just behind it. €30 for 2 people and a motorhome. Showers and electricity included.

Waste point is behind a locked gate. There is water in the car park, but no indication as to whether it’s drinking water.

This place does not exist. See the other location. There is a height barrier here; do not enter if it is open, as it may close five minutes later. We experienced this yesterday.

Really lovely site. The hard standing pitches are all separated by hedges, giving more privacy. Toilets and showers are scrupulously clean. We were able to walk into town. Just leave the site, and turn left down the main road.

Excellent campsite with around twenty well-separated pitches. Very quiet. Very pleasant welcome. All services available, very clean sanitary facilities. Close to town via a small path along the river. The town is uninteresting but has several large supermarkets. Not free, but only €30 for a 6 m van and 2 people. Booking recommended.

I was allowed to fill water, empty loo & grey water after noon without stating the night. Cost reasonable at €10. Thank you.

Super-quiet place by the lake, near the town (about a 10-minute walk), with every kind of shopping possibility. Leisure centre with swimming pool next door. Exceptionally friendly welcome with perfectly prepared information for the stay. Facilities are somewhat older, but thanks to the excellent cleaning service they are much cleaner than some newer sites. Highly recommended!

The aire itself is not great. We were told there is no place to wash dishes. The cleaning team closes the showers from 7:15 p.m. to 8 p.m. to clean ... On the other hand, it is well located. There is a pedestrian path leading directly into the centre, alongside a lake.

Very good experience! Very welcoming and considerate staff, even with a late arrival. Easy access and pitches spaced far enough apart to preserve everyone's privacy. The sanitary facilities are very clean.

€42 for a van, 2 adults and 2 children, with electricity and showers included. Very warm welcome with all the necessary information. Pitches separated by hedges, adequate sanitary facilities. Drawbacks: road noise, as it is quite close; an invasion of mosquitoes; and the maintenance worker came to mow and trim the hedges at 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning...

Great camp with sheltered bays, EHU, clean water close by, next door to a leisure centre with pool, sauna etc. (discount from reception). Easy walk into Castlebar which has Tesco, Dunnes & great pubs. Paul & Ronan were great. Can definitely recommend.

Very friendly welcome. Very well-maintained sanitary building. Wi-Fi is also available nearby. €5 discount with DCC or CCI.

stayed here last night very clean and quiet , shower was fantastic, great walk around the lake also. bit pricy 30 euro for the night

Spacious, shaded pitches beneath large trees. Very clean sanitary facilities. Very quiet location. Adequate Wi-Fi. Very warm welcome, with lots of information about local attractions provided by the receptionist. Highly recommendable.
