Passeig de Carmen Amaya, 17255, Begur
Been here?
A quiet wild parking spot along a walking path with magnificent views over Sa Riera, Pals and the Medes Islands. Several spaces are available along the path, some with shade, although flat areas are limited and the road becomes worse farther along. Overnight stays have been reported without disturbance, with occasional joggers or cars passing. A picnic area and water fountain are nearby.

Unfortunately, the spot was already occupied, but what a view! And indeed very peaceful. I drove a little farther, but there are no more really level areas, and the farther you drive, the worse the road becomes. There is a parking area nearby.
Lovely view. Very quiet place. Spaces all along the road, with shade.
WOW! This is a beautiful spot. We arrived around 6 p.m. under completely clear skies. The view is phenomenal. It is very peaceful. Occasionally a jogger or car passed, but it wasn't disturbing. The climb up was much easier than expected—for us, nothing special; we have a Volkswagen Transporter. Only one car can fit at this exact spot. I think you can park farther along as well.
Magnificent place; we spent two nights without being disturbed.
Very peaceful place with a viewpoint. The spot was occupied, but we found a second place a little farther along by continuing down the road. Highly recommended.
The dirt road has been redone, so there are no ruts. More suitable for vans because access is tricky. Fantastic view and absolute peace. Very clean place!
Superb view and very peaceful! Even though the spot was occupied, there are other possibilities a little farther along the road, which was under construction during the day on Friday.
Super-quiet place, with a picnic area, water fountain, and good views.
Excellent place with an exceptional sea view. At the moment, a van can access it without any problem. I highly recommend it.
We ended up here spontaneously after a delicious dinner and visiting the village of Begur. Five minutes from the town yet very quiet. The view of the bay is truly magnificent. Since we were alone, we could position our car perfectly level. A jogger came by until 8 a.m.; otherwise, absolute peace. Access was no problem for our 4x4 Santa Fe.
Excellent spot; access is a little difficult, 3/5, but the view is magnificent. A few hikers passed by, and they were considerate and very friendly.
Incredible views, peaceful place.
We originally came here to sleep, but the spot is sloped. We only ate and enjoyed the view. We gave the place to a van that was arriving. Be careful: the slope leading there is quite sandy and rocky. I have a converted Twingo and was a little afraid on the way back down! Also, at least 20 mosquito bites.
We spent last night here and the view is extraordinary. Very little traffic—three or four pedestrians—and two vehicles arrived after us, but the place was occupied. However, please clean up your rubbish: toilet paper and underpants were left by the roadside. The only drawback is that it is slightly sloped.
Magnificent place; we were lucky enough to sleep there for two nights. Magnificent sunset! A few passersby, joggers, and one construction truck. Depending on how you position the vehicle, it can be private and nobody can see you. Be sure to arrive from the correct direction, from the lookout; otherwise, the road on the other side is awful. Very popular spot, so arrive early!
Small place beside the road with a magnificent view! Very peaceful.
Magnificent spot with a viewpoint. There is a small steep slope just before arrival, but we drove up without difficulty in a California. Very quiet; only a few hikers and joggers passed in the morning.
Magnificent view. We were there on Friday, May 30, 2025, arriving around 3:30 p.m., and that was a good decision because at least four vans came between 5 and 7:30 p.m. hoping to find a place. Unfortunately, we were already settled in, so they had to turn back. We encountered a few hikers, but nothing more.
