Fantastic mountain-view location. Because of the snowfall, I had to put on snow chains for the last 500 m, despite rear-wheel drive with ASR on the 5.5-ton Mercedes Sprinter.
Beautiful campsite with a dreamlike view! We stayed here for two days over New Year's Eve. It was quiet with little fireworks noise, ideal for dog owners. The last 3 km are partly steep; we made it up well with snow chains in a Ducato. Thank you, Andy and family, for your very warm hospitality.
Very beautiful spot with a great view near the farmhouse. Very friendly contact. The shower and toilet in the barn are new, clean, and excellent.
Excellent location! Panoramic view, with two camping spots, one on each side of the farm so everyone can enjoy peace and quiet. Clean, quiet toilet and shower. Friendly owner. Breathtaking views of the mountains and stars; during the Perseid period, we were treated to a spectacular show. Paid CHF 37 for one night for two people in a roof tent with shower.
This spot is a must for vans. The hosts speak only German; one of the best places we have ever experienced. Daniella and Andy, thank you for sharing your exceptional surroundings with us.
Andy and his wife's farm is an extraordinary place: the view is breathtaking, it is absolutely peaceful, and the sanitary facilities are modern and impeccably clean. Above all, Andy and his family are incredibly kind, discreet, and very helpful. Andy will bring you wood for a fire in a brazier, and you can enjoy delicious grilled meat from the farm.
Magnificent, peaceful place with views of the surrounding mountains. Excellent welcome, and a responsive, helpful host. You can buy good farm products. Very clean shower and toilet. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. We look forward to coming back.
Wonderful view and a very kind, helpful host family. Ideal starting point for the hike to Wachthubel, with fantastic panoramic views from the Alps over the Niesen, Stockhorn, Chasseron, and Chasseral to the beginning of the Entlebuch region. We will return.
