A large Shell rest area on the A20 in the Indre valley, in the direction of Paris. It has picnic tables, toilets and diesel, with parking available in the car area rather than at a dedicated motorhome service area. The advertised camper-service facilities are unavailable: the Euro Relais terminal is broken, with no water or dumping service. It can be used for a quiet stop or overnight break.

Broken EuroPay terminal. Nothing has been replaced since 2018.
Rest area with a picnic table, diesel and toilets.
This place is great for a night stop. Although you have to find the parking spot. It is not at the gas station. Once you drive back to the A20, there is a small roundabout. There you will see the sign to the huge picknick area. Tables, chairs, toilet trees, and many places to park. Great I don't understand the negative reviews at all. Maybe people did not find it.
I couldn't find the motorhome service area mentioned in the previous comments. Fine otherwise. Large rest and picnic area with toilets.
