Beach parking, police fines

Please do not leave unofficial sites listed. I subscribe to Park4Night so that I can park without the stress of a fine. Greek regulations seem to have become stricter; please take this into account.

On 8 May 2025, a police car arrived and, without any explanation, at 12:00, with no camping equipment deployed, fined five motorhomes €300 that were parked in the car park before the dune. The officer did not even speak to me; they stuck it under my windscreen wiper. Goodbye Greece, get lost.

Nice pitch, quiet and little litter. At the far left you can stand relatively level; otherwise it is rather sloping. Several stray dogs—IMPORTANT: A friendly beige stray dog has a broken leg. If it is still seen on the road, please call Filia Laundry or the police so that it can hopefully be taken into care! Thank you.

Lovely quiet spot just metres from a long sandy beach. Stayed here 04/04/25 along with 4 other vans. You can walk the beach one way for 15 minutes to a small town with restaurants or 5 minutes the other way to a beach bar/restaurant. No services at all so please leave the area as you found it.

Great beach parking! Peace, idyllic surroundings, and a beautiful wide beach. From early evening, two sweet dogs arrive (male and female, both recently neutered). They are very happy to receive food, and if anyone has a suitable ointment, such as iodine ointment, the female dog's surgical wound could be treated.

Great place to stay overnight right by the sea.

Nice beach and great parking, there were about 5 big motor homes on the indicated parking, we stayed a little more secluded taking a left just before the indicated parking lot. Only smaller vans or cars though

Secluded, quiet, on the dune along a huge beach. No services.

We spent the last three nights here. It was very quiet, both during the day and at night.

Small parking area by the sea, unfortunately no shade at all. Campers have clearly been broken into here several times, so you cannot leave your vehicle unattended. After several days of camping, the police appeared. Alternatively, continue to Zacharo to a disused campsite directly by the sea, with shade and plenty of space, outside the nature reserve.

Absolutely great here; I actually only parked here because Filia Laundry is around the corner. The laundry is really excellent. My clothes were ready very quickly, completely clean, and smelled good. I can only recommend it. :)
