6 Am Anger, 37412, Herzberg am Harz
Been here?
This is a well-paved, clean and mostly level parking area on the edge of a village, beside a small river. It is usually very quiet, with only occasional trains passing, apparently not at night. A nearby small bell can be noticeable. It is suitable for a quiet overnight stop and offers good walking opportunities for visitors with dogs.

We stayed here for one night. Very clean place; there is train traffic, but no train passed during the night.Translating
Stayed there for one night. Train traffic near railway lines is to be expected, and everyone knows that. It was not a problem for us. Very friendly local residents who always greeted us warmly.Translating
Ideal overnight stop for travelling through and exploring the southern Harz. Please take your rubbish with you and leave the place cleaner than you found it so that it remains available to us.Translating
Tip-top for self-sufficient campers. We did not notice the railway at night. A quiet and clean car park.Translating
Clean and free car park directly on the edge of a small village. Although it is immediately beside a railway line and level crossing, it is very quiet; I did not notice the trains at all. Anyone needing a disposal point can find one a few hundred metres away at the motorhome park (€3), and both hiking routes and the camper are quickly accessible.Translating
