33 Avenida 25 de Abril, 8100, Loulé
Been here?
A free, basic parking area near Loulé’s bus station, park, market and town centre. It has good access and public toilets in the nearby park, which close at 18,30, but there are no camper services beyond bins. Recent reports mention heavy traffic, potholes and substantial rubbish, although overnight stays can be peaceful. Weekend evenings may be unsettled, while some quieter nights have been reported.

It may be useful in a pinch, but we turned around. Lots of traffic, potholes, and above all an enormous amount of rubbish.
As indicated, good access, no services, only bins. Very clean public toilets in the park, closed at 6:30 p.m. We spent a quiet night, with some vehicle-engine noise while people were parking. Near the market. Recommended. Greetings and thanks to the community.
Quiet place near the center. At Christmas, the “Dream Village” is very beautiful to visit with children.
We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it very much. There were certainly 15 other campers. Next to the parking area is a beautiful park with very clean toilets, playgrounds, and a skate park. It is unsettled in the evening and at night on weekends, hence one star less. Sunday night into Monday was very quiet. Close to the center, and the Saturday market is very nice—recommended!
Absolutely quiet night, and a quick walk into town to the market hall. Disposal is possible at the public toilets. The place itself is very littered. There is also a scrap van that is permanently occupied. Although the bulky waste in front of the vehicle looks curious, the people from the UK are very nice.
Horrible night. Just noisy. Garbage collection came several times. Never again.
Nothing special, but very close to the center. Very full during the day, hardly anyone there at night. The only drawback was the garbage collection, as far as I could tell, which was still filling the dumpster around midnight. Therefore, it is best to park as far away from the dumpster as possible. Toilets were relatively clean.
It is true that it is an empty lot. But there is no danger, everything is quiet, and it is close to the city. For spending one night, no problem.
Ideal parking for visiting the city center (8 minutes on foot). Superb food market, etc., on Saturdays. We had lunch there but did not stay overnight: it was too early. It should be possible. We did not see any prohibition sign.
