Excellent motorhome area, but it is full for the two days of the Tour de France. However, the station has set up additional spaces in other car parks, and there are still plenty of places available.
Peaceful spot with a lovely view, 500 m from the slopes, with access to Alpe d'Huez.
Amazing views. So you’ve paid and parked up and plug in elecy, but it’s not on, after trying lots of elecy we went back to the booth, tells u in French, note the no.u plugged into,go to the booth, scan the QR code on your ticket then put in the number you plugged into and it will work, would be nice if there was some instructions in English too. Easy once you know! Great for a few days skiing ⛷️
Pros: Spot close to the village and shops. Unobstructed view of the snow-covered mountains. Quiet. Lovely resort. Some negatives: My reservation and services were not taken into account. We had to call. Regarding leaving the site, because it snowed heavily and there is an uphill section that the municipality had not cleared, we slipped a little, but eventually I managed to get out.
Superb site and a lovely little resort. Very family-friendly. Services okay.
Very nice spot. Lots of snow. Camper owners helped each other clear the parking area.
We had booked. We arrived at 3 p.m. on a snowy day, and the place was unusable. Nothing had been prepared to receive several motorhomes. We called the booking service, which told us it was not their responsibility. We made several calls to the tourist office. The snow-clearing service only came to clear the middle of the parking area. We had to shovel it ourselves.
Beautiful!! Quiet location just outside the village, but only a 5-minute walk away. A different view every day!
Beautifully located camper site with all the facilities a camper needs. You can shower at the nearby swimming pool if desired. The village provides everything you need: bread, daily groceries, a bar, restaurant…
Flat ground, ideal view, electricity possible for 24 pitches... The only drawback: how can 24 motorhomes fit with the requested angled parking (2 rows of 12 according to the distribution of electrical hookups) on an insufficient width? Or nobody leaves anymore... Good for 18 motorhomes at most.
The place is not worth seeing, but there is a beautiful view.
The steep and winding approach is rewarded with a magnificent view! The site is absolutely quiet and temperatures drop at night. Do not follow Google Maps!!! Take the D1019 to Le Freney-d'Oisans! We drove up this road very easily with a 7.5 m motorhome and trailer. At the moment the site is free, unpaved, but you can empty the toilet cassette.
Magnificent view, but be sure to take Auris en Oisans and not the Alpe d'Huez road as indicated by Google Maps. The swimming pool has very limited opening hours. All the shops are closed at this time of year except the Beau Site hotel-restaurant, where we ate very well.
I confirm that the connection and payment are a little complicated, but the view is magnificent (wow). I recommend this place.
Wonderful place where we spent two peaceful nights. In the low season, the site was deserted and the view was breathtaking. In the low season, all the shops are closed, so be sure to shop before going up. Also beware of the road!!! The GPS takes you along a very narrow road, on which we ended up getting a flat tire... But there is another excellent road!
Beautiful area in a magnificent panoramic and peaceful location. Only the access and payment system is unnecessarily complicated.
Very nice area; it is possible to pay only for the pitch, while water and electricity are optional. Pitch only at the end of April costs about €7 for two people and a van. Unfortunately, as it is the very low season, both supermarkets in the village are closed, as are all commercial activities. The area has a superb view; a short walk along an unpaved road leads to Alpe d'Huez.
Quiet spot 300 m from the ski lifts and the center with a grocery shop. Very reasonable price. Waste disposal, water and electricity available. Very beautiful view of the snow-covered mountains. We stayed there for five nights and enjoyed it!
Lovely quiet site with all services near the resort, perfect for a week's stay.
There is a bit of road to take to get there, but it is well worth it. It is automatic, with an easy system for entering and booking the services. IMPORTANT: A THREE-PHASE PLUG IS REQUIRED.
