This large natural area lies between the Danube and a lake, with walking routes and easy swimming access. Campers should park towards the Danube because spaces by the lake are reserved for anglers. The site is calm and suitable for a few nights, although cars on the dirt road create continuous dust. Shops and services are far away in Pilismarót, and insects are numerous.

The place is not bad, but cars travelling along the dirt road constantly raise dust.
Nice site, but note that the pitches by the “lake” are for anglers. These pitches are allocated with a fishing permit, so it is better to park toward the Danube. Still very beautiful.
Very calm, silent and nice place for few nights. Shops, services far from here, in Pilismarot city. Different shores for anglers and campers, there is a map at entry about is. But no strict controlls.
Wonderful, clean and quiet place with little traffic and swimming opportunities. Because it lies between bodies of water, there are many insects, including small flies and mosquitoes.
Charming place where you can rest peacefully. You will encounter a few fishermen and dog walkers. The police came by in the evening and said nothing.
Incredible place! Super quiet at night and beautiful views. Recommend to drive on a bit further and not stop at the indicated location. Popular place with locals to fish and camp. There are even designated camping areas.
A great place to stay by the river’s inner bay. We stayed one night and enjoyed it very much.
Beautiful, peaceful place where you can park in countless spots. Quiet night, but drive carefully. The path is bumpy, but manageable for all campers. Drive in and find a spot.
