This large, flat pull-off area is about 1 km from Kykkos Monastery and offers beautiful sea views. It is very quiet, especially after 19:00, with traffic returning after sunrise. Access is easy but the narrow mountain road has rockfalls, so arrival in darkness is discouraged.

Beautiful, quiet place to visit Kykkos Monastery. No car traffic after 7 p.m. The road is not bothersome at all. There is a water tap up at the monastery parking area.
Flat pull off area close to road but has great views. Plenty of rock falls on way up cedar valley road to get here so probably best not to attempt in the dark. Close to Kykkos monastry for next day visit.
Thank you for sharing this place. A wonderfully quiet night under the stars. Cars began circulating after sunrise. At 1,300 m elevation, it can be chilly. Magnificent landscape. Flat ground.
