A parking area near the city center with no height or parking restrictions. It is suitable for a meal stop, but overnight stays are not recommended. The area is very noisy and unattractive, with dust, many parked trucks and abandoned vehicle shells.

It's quite convenient because it's close to the city center and there are no height or parking restrictions. However, it's very noisy and quite ugly, with a lot of dust and lots of parked trucks.
