This small, slightly sloping parking area is close to the pond, with access to the lakeside path in about 1 minute. It is quiet at night and the centre of Istres is 500m away along the water. The area has few spaces and no emptying, filling or electricity facilities.

Not much space but quiet at night; the start of a walk is beside the pond.
We stayed there for one night, outside the season. We had a very quiet night. Access to the lake is about 1 minute away. Perfect with a dog too.
A little sloping, but it works for one night. Very quiet, and access to the lake below is very pleasant. We were not disturbed during the night.

Not safe at all. Three cars played music at full volume until 2 a.m. Avoid. Very disappointed.
Beautiful place, right by the water, with many walkers and dog owners. You can walk the 500 m wonderfully along the water. However, even at this time of year, you should arrive only after dark, as the place is quite full. We, with two 7 m motorhomes, had our rear wheels outside the asphalt. It is quite tight. Mobile signal: two bars.
Not suitable for a motorhome at all, rather for vans. Move on.
For one night. Its advantage is being close to the center via the path along the water.
