This is a slightly sloping wild spot with room for 2 vans and views of the Meije glacier. The nearby road has little traffic, and the location is generally quiet. It is also a starting point for the hike to Lac de Quirlies, with two waterfalls along the route. Local residents have expressed strong opposition to permanent occupation of the spot.
