Gärsnäs is a small forest picnic area directly beside a lake, reached by a gravel forest road. It has tables, benches and a barbecue area, but no toilet, and the access is limited to vehicles up to 2,1 m. Current signs prohibit camping, so it is not available for overnight stays. The lakeshore is densely vegetated and has no swimming places.

You cannot actually camp here.
Like the neighbouring sites: access is height-restricted to 2.1 m and there is a “No Camping” sign! A beautiful path around the lake. Along the lake, near the shore, there are a few barbecue spots with seating and tables. However, the shore is densely overgrown, so there are no swimming areas.
It says no camping. Please respect this!
We were the only ones here at 3 p.m. Small car park with two picnic tables and benches and a small grill including a grill grate. Directly by the water. Very idyllic, but there is a height restriction of 2.10 m.
