Been here?
A lakeside picnic area with a small covered terrace and free igloo baths on the pier, open from 12:00-22:00. It is close to Tallinn’s port, center and a beach, with toilets and children’s facilities nearby. The area has road, bus, aircraft and general evening traffic noise. Recent weekend reports describe heavy activity, young people, cars and intolerable nighttime noise.

Wonderful for the harbor and for swimming. BUT the noise at night is unbearable. In my opinion, absolutely not recommended.
Good place for one night. Close access to the center and ferry makes this place attractive. Clean toilets (they were pressure-washed in the morning). The nearby road, public transport terminus, and occasional low-flying airplanes may be bothersome. Some people walked around in the evening, but nobody disturbed us.
we spent one night here (sat-sun). there were a lot going on. A lot of Young People, a lot of cars coming and returning. even Police show up. nobody Brother us, Police also. but if u want a calm quiet night it is not good location, esspecially on weekends. there was a lot of trash cans, toitoi and a water sink with clear water (probably not for drink)
Nice, with children's play equipment (baby swings), lots of passing traffic but fairly little disturbance. You remain right in Tallinn.
We slept here for two nights while taking care of various errands in the area. It is free, there is a beach and a small children's playground. However, it is not very clean and there is quite a lot of traffic, but we were not disturbed. The spot is not too far from Tallinn port, so not bad.
Nice parking with beach views, near the road. In summer i think it would be ideal. Unfortunately many teens with loud cars gather here. Someone was stomping around the van..? Got quiet after 12pm
