Very good welcome; the owner is caring and attentive to details. Dinner and breakfast are available, and everything is very good. There is a black-water dump and electricity, plus a beautiful swimming pool included with the pitch stay (€15). I recommend it. They also hold parties on weekends; booking is recommended.

Only stay here if you are OK with animals being treated badly. Cows are shackled together in a concrete cell with metal chains and collars. Chickens are housed in a shed with no natural light. Ducks and turkeys are held in bare concrete pens. If you are OK with that I’m sure you will enjoy your stay.

Six stars for value for money. One star deducted for the animal noise, but what else would you expect in such a place? The donkey really overdoes it, though. The food is excellent and the staff are friendly. We stayed here for two nights (€15 per night). Electricity and waste services are available. Well located for a trip to the Valmontone outlet, the best outlet I have ever experienced.

Nice place with lots of animals and activities for children, including a nice, clean pool and a playground. Friendly owners with whom everything can be arranged. The drawback is the noise. At night you can hear trains, airplanes and, of course, the animals. From morning onward, agricultural machinery passes by. Fine for one night, but not ideal for light sleepers or longer stays.

We spent 1 night there. Arrived later than planned, but owners were welcoming us anyways. We managed to order some dinner at their restaurant as well. Ideal for kids thanks to the playground, animals and swimming pool. Thank you!

We arrived spontaneously because we did not want to continue in the heat. We were completely alone and relaxed with the motorhome on the meadow. The free-roaming cats, dogs and horses were simply fantastic. Both pasta dishes were very good, as were the panna cotta and lemon sorbet.

After visiting Rome, this place is ideal. The only noise is the typical sound of a farm, which is very relaxing. Good access, parking on grass and fairly level. Very beautiful views over the mountains.

A really beautiful place, especially for children. A dreamlike landscape, a nice playground, a pool and many animals: cows, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, chickens, dogs, cats, peacocks and more. There is also a delicious restaurant and event venue, which can be busy on weekends, but that is not a problem. The hosts are very kind and helpful. A supermarket is about 1 km away in Morolo.

Very beautiful and peaceful location in the middle of nature, with very friendly and helpful hosts. We also had an excellent dinner at the adjoining restaurant. Rooms are available on the farm or in nearby apartments. The farm is also very interesting for families with children. We enjoyed it very much and would gladly return.
