Marina day parking, no overnight

For vans up to 6 m. Rate: 95 NOK per day on weekdays and Sundays. Strangely, Saturday is very cheap at 1 NOK per hour—yes, really 1! It is a 20-minute walk along the highway to reach the port district.

Very good location for visiting Oslo. We paid 100 NOK for 24 hours. We arrived around 10 a.m.; there was not much space left, but only one spot is needed. Be careful with smaller vehicles—we are 5.5 m and it was tight.

This is a spacious parking lot but it fills up quickly so it is better to arrive early in the morning to get a place. It is also probably more suitable for small vehicles than motorhomes because it is very narrow and the parking spaces are small.

We arrived early at 8:30 a.m., but it was impossible to find a space—it was full. It is also not easy for a motorhome like ours at 7 m; it is probably fine for smaller vehicles.

Absolutely expensive: €25 for 3 hours. The city is a 30-minute walk away. If you wait a little, you can still get a parking space around midday even when it becomes busier. The van apparently has to fit within the marked parking bay; then there should be no problems.

Up to 6 m is just about manageable. Anything longer would be difficult, I imagine. We stayed here for five hours and paid 105 NOK via EasyPark. The walk to the castle was quick and easy, and we visited the entire city center. Perfect parking for Oslo.

We found a good spot in the afternoon too, although it may be a little tight for larger campers.

Great car park, ideally located for visiting the city. There are enough rental bikes and scooters, or you can simply walk 15 minutes to the city center along the water. Current prices: 20 NOK/hour or 92 NOK/24 hours, so the daily rate is worthwhile for anyone staying longer than four and a half hours. Paid parking from 9 a.m.; campers prohibited between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Large car park at the harbor. We paid 71 NOK for 3.5 hours, which was perfectly reasonable. It is rather tight for motorhomes unless you arrive early. We were there at 11:30 a.m. and only a few spaces were free. You can walk along the waterfront toward the city center, or do as we did and grab an e-scooter. It is a great way to explore the city.

Not recommended as a camper parking area, except perhaps for smaller T6s. Even though larger vehicles fit in the lot, getting out is a disaster because everything is extremely tight. Recommended only for cars.

Great spot. Very centrally located and nowhere near as cheap. 100 SEK for the whole day until 8 p.m., then you have to leave. Overnight stays are not allowed; I saw them checking. Fine: 660 SEK! The spaces are unsuitable for vehicles over 5.5 m.

The best place to park for a day trip into Oslo, hands down. Campervans can't be here between 11pm and 8am but between that its fine and towards the back of the lot there are some spaces campers can pull across two spaces and no interfere much. Get here early though, it's popular! We got one of the last spaces suitable for our 8m Sprinter at 9am. Cost us 8 euro equivalent for the whole day!

Good place to park with our campervan. It is a bit of a walk to the city—25 minutes. The car park was very full, so arrive on time or wait until someone leaves. Paying at the machine is easy.

Very tight and very busy; we were lucky to get a parking space. Fifteen minutes on foot to the city.

The space is quite small and challenging to park for campers. We were there on a Sunday and saw several spots available. We were advised to leave the ticket (proof of payment) visible in the front window for the person who checks. Very reasonable price for Oslo and good location.

Ideal car park, approximately 1.5 km from the first attraction. Beware of the parking fee: failure to pay results in a 660 NOK fine. Paid toilets are available in the car park. It is very busy, but if you wait a while, someone will definitely leave. According to the sign, campervans may not stay overnight.

The car park is busy; we were there around 9 a.m. and had the last available space. Suitable only for bus campers up to 6 m.

Parking is difficult because the spaces are narrow, but with a 6.5 m campervan it is manageable. Very well located for visiting the center, the opera, and all the busy quays. I highly recommend this car park. Do not stay overnight.
