Now only place available on Horten waterfront after adjoining parking was closed to build a children’s playground. We were told by a local bar owner that while the construction continues next door this site is free but this is unconfirmed. Ten places available with electric via an app. Not a bad spot for a night but would advise early arrival, also 4m must be left between vehicles.

Suitable place if it were not for the construction site! The service building is closed in winter. Waste disposal is directly at the marina, but you have to find it. Payment via EasyPark, electricity with another app—slightly complicated, but instructions are provided. We were gently woken by cruise-ship horns in the Oslo Fjord. Fine for one night.

We spent one night here and it was okay. Unfortunately, there are no toilets or facilities for emptying your toilet. The view is great and the site is central. Payment via the EasyPark app.

Large construction site next door, noisy, too expensive. Plenty of space. Free water and waste facilities next door. It is a city location, so everything is accessible and there are good cycle paths.

Everything as described, a great place to stay after the ferry. Toilet and shower really clean. Very generous pitches for a motorhome, like at a campsite. For an overnight stay alone, less space would of course be enough, but this way everyone has plenty of room. The only small drawback is that electricity is available only through an app, which we did not want to use. A top-class place.
