Quiet walking base, limited sanitary

Very beautiful and clean motorhome site. Everything is well maintained, quiet and orderly. We paid only €20 for two people including electricity—a really fair price. We were very satisfied and would stay here again anytime. Highly recommended!

Just for information, everything is as well as described many times before. The departure time is stated on the registration receipt.

Absolutely recommended. Quiet site, very fair prices, very clean washrooms. Well located for hiking and so on. We also liked the shower system, which charges by the minute. We had a lovely few days over Pentecost. Two suggestions for improvement: a dishwashing facility, and communication about the checkout time—we were charged for one additional day.

The motorhome site is just as described countless times. Great location, easy check-in, everything clean and well maintained. Once again, many thanks to the municipality for such a site. Please create more like it.

Everything has already been written—top-notch! We will gladly return when we are in the area. One suggestion: a dishwashing facility and a second water tap at the far end of the site would be nice, though merely optional; it would help when refilling water with a can.

Everything you need, with uncomplicated self-service check-in. Very quick to reach from the motorway and nevertheless absolutely quiet. Fair prices.

The payment system at the entrance is difficult for French speakers to decipher, as it is only in German, Dutch and English. Clean facilities, but only three toilets and showers are available, which is too few when the site is full. It is also very difficult to charge electricity at the terminal with your card; the screen is too small and you have to kneel down to read it :-(((

Everything is great. There are many opportunities here for hiking or mountain biking. The showers and sanitary facilities are simply excellent and very clean.

Well-organized motorhome site. The card payment system works well; showers and water are also charged fairly. The only minor criticism is that the shower and toilet, three in total, are always together in one room. In the morning I had to wait longer for the toilet because someone was showering and occupied the room for longer. Tip: ice cream from the vending machine!

A quiet site on the Moselle Maar cycle path. The sanitary facilities are new and well maintained. There is a well-stocked snack vending machine and an ice-cream machine with ice cream from an Italian ice-cream parlor. Mmm, that alone is worth coming back for ;-)) Top! If you want to complain at a high level, the lighting poles need replacing.

Beautiful motorhome site with everything you need. The facilities are first-class and extremely clean. Perfect surroundings for hiking. We will gladly return.

Pleasant place. The system is clear and simple, the bathroom and toilet are clean, and the view is okay. You buy a card with a deposit for showering and filling water. It also gives free access to the toilet. When returned, the deposit and remaining balance are refunded. Make sure you have your debit card with you.

There are also vending machines for daily necessities in case you forgot something, plus a freezer with many types of ice cream, including dog ice cream ❤️. We will definitely come again.

This site deserves more than five stars! Simply perfect! The sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean and well maintained, with everything you need. Payment and access to the facilities, electricity and fresh water are handled via a card system. A small vending machine offers fresh eggs, butter, ice cream, snacks and wine. From the end of March, there is a bread-roll service in the bread cabinet. Everything you need. Thank you for such a fantastic site!

An exemplary example of how to run a motorhome site. A flawless concept from registration to departure, wonderfully explained on a huge board next to the machine. Very modern and clean sanitary facilities, with wonderfully hot showers. They are cleaned several times a day. Two vending machines with snacks and drinks for emergencies, and very, very tasty ice cream. TOP.

Sometimes a little noisy due to road traffic. The wet rooms, three in total, combine toilet and shower, but are clean and spacious. Restaurants nearby are reachable by bike. The price is okay.

Really clean and very well-maintained motorhome area. The card system with top-ups for access to the site's various services is very easy to understand. The site is very well located behind a ravine, ideal if you have a bicycle. The showers and toilets are very clean—what a pleasure. We stayed for two days.

Great site, as described. Relatively quiet, with some traffic noise. Currently, water at the service point and electricity are switched off. Check-in and check-out are very easy if you follow the good instructions. The electricity system takes some getting used to; you can accidentally overbook, but cancel just as easily. The display is a little too low and can only be read while crouching. Many thanks to the municipality.

Absolutely perfect for a motorhome site. It is January, currently -2°C, and there are four other campers beside me. I think the whole organization here is excellent. Everything is self-explanatory even for first-time visitors. My license plate was recognized at the entrance, so I barely had to enter anything at the terminal. The bathroom is excellent and very clean. Thumbs up—I will return.

Beautifully located and everything very clean. Even in winter, the toilets and shower work flawlessly. Waste disposal, water, electricity and even Wi-Fi: everything is available. Various cycling and hiking trails start directly from the site. We did not hear the road, and there seems to be very little traffic on it. A vending machine with pasta, milk, snacks, etc. is available. Card payment everywhere—great.

We are currently staying at this well-designed motorhome site. Anyone who has something to complain about here should stay in a hotel! Comments like “dusty,” “no dishwashing facility” or “noisy road” are ridiculous. This site offers far more than others and is highly recommended!

What a beautiful place to spend the night. Clean sanitary facilities and all amenities available. Close to a volcanic lake and a cycle path on an old railway line to Bernkastel. Pizza delivery is also available. We will definitely return in the low season.

It took a moment to get used to the registration system, but everything is self-explanatory. The sanitary facilities are very neat and the other amenities are also excellent. Recommended for anyone who wants to cycle or hike in this region.

Ideal site for visiting the maars. In wet weather, the pitches at the back become muddy. Registration system excellent. Water and waste services well organized, with rubbish separation. Sanitary facilities excellent. Prices very reasonable.

A site offering everything you need while traveling. Payment and entry with the camping card were problem-free. Very well maintained, clean and accessible. Large pitches with room to sit. Food available from a vending machine. We did not miss anything at all—highly recommended!
