14 Calle Cañada de Dominguillo, 02210, Alcalá del Júcar
Been here?
A parking area in a closed street, close to the town’s bathing area, bars, supermarkets and public toilets. The area near the beach has small spaces for cars and campers, while a larger area across the bridge is better for motorhomes. The town centre is nearby, and the parking recently cost €3 for 24 hours. The maximum height is 3.5m beneath the main road, and heavy rain can flood the road.

Next to the beach there is only parking for cars or small campers; motorhomes cannot park because the spaces are too small. On the other side of the bridge you can stop, as there is a fairly large open area. It is very close for visiting the village and has views of the castle. On public holidays it fills up, and you may not find a space unless you arrive early. Very good place, we will definitely return!
Forget it if you come by motorhome or large vehicle during Easter. The whole village is full and poorly prepared for this type of tourism… we intended to spend the day and eat, but we had to leave… terrible.
Perfect for visiting Alcalá, very close to the center, quiet, peaceful and safe, with several other motorhomes. Enough space for long vehicles. Be careful when it rains, but it is signposted.
We were comfortable and spent two nights.
We parked the motorhome here to visit the village; we did not stay overnight. The village and the caves are fantastic.
A spot between houses. We asked the residents whether they minded us parking there, and they had no problem with it. A neighbor mentioned that during heavy rain the road there floods. Water then flows down from the hills over the road toward the river, so the vehicles are not safe. There are also warning signs at the bridge: Flood zone.
Very close to the beach, a two-minute walk, and to the village. Level ground but no shade. Access is easy; on both sides of the bridge there is a road going down. If you come from the village, go down the road and pass under the bridge—there is no height problem.
An incredible visit, the perfect place, completely free, close to the river swimming area.
Ideal for visiting the village. We did not sleep there, just parked during the day.
It is just a step from the town. We parked a little farther down near the swimming area and access to the center; during the day it is more difficult there, but toward night it clears out considerably. That said, we were there in March. There are large public toilets in the park, and the area is very nice.
We spent two very peaceful nights. Beautiful, welcoming village. Castle and landscapes straight out of a film.
This little village definitely deserves a visit. We spent a quiet night in this parking area; it now costs €3 for 24 hours, and it is truly worth it.
Very quiet parking area with no problems. We stayed for two days to visit the beautiful village; it is well worth it.
We spent one night without any problems. Close to the village. Dead-end street. You have to enter before reaching the bridge via a parallel street, so you do not need to cross it. It is at the mouth of a ravine, so in rainy weather or when there is a warning, choose another place. Ideal in the dry season for visiting the village and spending the night.
Stayed for one night we were alone perfect location quiet and in the center. Beautiful little town a must to visit.
