Parking 1.5 km from the center... Roads and parking areas prohibit motorhomes... Mr. Mayor, we can see that you like this type of vehicle. From now on, I will drive on!Translating
Thanks to the municipality of Grignan for making a shaded, quiet, clean welcome area available to us free of charge. There are no services, but there are picnic tables, rubbish bins, and a working tap.Translating
Quiet camper site. Be sure to check carefully beforehand where you want to park the camper. A French camper driver drove into his spot too fast, and the underside of his camper now has scrapes.Translating
Too far from the town, which is a shame for shopping.Translating
A very pleasant parking area, but a little far from the tourist site. Perfect for overnight stays... To visit the town, there is free parking very close to the castle on the same road (the tennis-court and football-stadium parking area). The interior and exterior tour of the castle is a must and truly exceptional.Translating
Good location. We couldn't find a level spot, but there is nothing to complain about for such a beautiful, free place.Translating
Beautifully situated, perfect for visiting Grignan. Everything is very quiet and pleasant, right in the middle of nature.Translating
Beautiful parking area divided into two zones: one flat, gravel-covered, and completely sunny, and the other shaded but with few level areas. Waste bins, picnic tables, and benches are available. A tap with drinking water is located at the entrance to the first parking area. There are many mosquitoes after sunset.Translating
Quiet, shaded site with fresh water available. Visitors to the cave during the day, quiet in the evening. About 1 km to Grignan with its wonderful castle and nice bars. Recommended!Translating
Quiet and ideal place to spend the night. Rubbish bins are available.Translating
This is the second time we've tried to stay; it's always full, even in the off-season... Some people think they own the place... It's a shame, because the location is great.Translating
On Sunday evening, we spent a pleasant night despite the mosquitoes. On Monday we visited the castle and the town, and on Tuesday morning we went to the market before continuing our journey. Very quiet at night. We recommend it for visiting the beautiful village of Grignan and its walks.Translating
Quite a large and clean parking area; the night was very quiet and we felt safe there.Translating
The only place in Grignan where overnight stays are permitted. Shade, a water fountain, and a quiet location.Translating
A lovely place where we spent the night in early March. There were other motorhomes and vans, so it felt safe, even though some parts of the parking area are slightly sloped. Tree-lined and very quiet parking area. There are rubbish bins. We had a peaceful and restful night.Translating
A quiet stop for the night . There is a water tap available and working in March but it’s a none screw with a push button and not very fast flowing . Just over a 1 kilometre from the chateau it was a nice stop over .
Great parking area for visiting Grignan and going for walks. Quiet night. Thanks to the municipality.Translating
December 14, 2025. Spacious spot under the oak trees. No disturbance and close to Grignan, which is magnificent to visit. Thank you to the municipality for allowing us this free stop... Please respect the place by taking your rubbish with you and picking up your dogs' waste... thank you. I highly recommend it.Translating
Magnificent place in the forest, close to the village, with paths for walks.Translating
We stayed here for several days in March 2025. Quiet and wonderfully located for walking to Grignan and other charming villages. Waste disposal is available at Intermarché.Translating
Very pleasant, quiet spot. Thank you to the municipality.
There were quite a few of us (10). The parking area is sloped, so leveling blocks are needed. Most spaces are under trees, so acorns fall on the roofs, even at night.Translating
Beautiful, quiet, slightly sloping parking spot under trees... From here you can quickly reach the very worthwhile town, and you should definitely visit the castle.
Very nice place. Good for walking the dog. The village and castle are very beautiful. Very well maintained. Rubbish bin and water available. Watch out for the low tree trunks beside the spaces; you can easily get stuck on them. Thanks for providing and maintaining this place so well.
Beautiful parking area. Crowded in September; I don't dare imagine what it is like in summer.
Beautiful, quiet area. Market on Tuesday. Very beautiful village to visit. Thanks to the municipality. Really TOP.
Easy-to-access spot, with some unevenness, but very quiet, surrounded by nature, even with other motorhomes around. Recommended!
Nice and quiet spot.
A natural setting, very quiet. Ideal for an overnight stay. Thank you for thinking of everyone looking for tranquility and authenticity.
Beautiful, quiet area. The village is very beautiful to visit, without forgetting the walk shown on the sign at the entrance to the area. Thanks to the municipality.
We spent an exceptionally quiet night in this ideally located, shaded parking area. There was no need to unfold our chairs and table because we used the furniture provided on site. Rubbish bins and a water point are available.
