Quiet lakeside parking near Greifensee, free overnight from 19:00-08:00, small fee during the day. Some spaces too short for larger vehicles, and parking fees are checked daily. A short walk brings you to the lake, clean public toilets, a lakeside restaurant, and a small farm shop selling fresh eggs and produce. Mosquitoes can be bad in warm weather, and Zurich centre is about 14 minutes away by public transport. As of 2022, police were fining overnight vehicles 60 CHF each morning.

From now on, the police collect fines at 7 a.m. from vehicles in which people spent the night. The fine is now CHF 60.
Practical parking area, unfortunately only a few spaces are suitable for longer vehicles. Parking fees are checked several times daily (8 a.m.–7 p.m.). Close to the lake. Unfortunately, many mosquitoes during warm weather.
Good parking area for one night.
Beautiful location about 100 m from the lake. Lake view from the camper. Very quiet location, except for the regularly running bus. Beach café and clean public toilets. Good walks and various places to sit by the lake. Spent one night.
