Quiet village parking, early traffic noise

A site without a speck of shade, with sandy, rocky ground. Nothing useful for the hot months in a motorhome.✦Translating

We were there during the week; very noisy from 4:30 a.m. and until 11 p.m. the night before, with many buses and trucks. Ordinary parking area with paid services, so-so. It exists as a backup. However, the old part of the village is very nice and worth stopping to visit.✦Translating

It has everything needed. The downside is that if it is windy, it can get dusty. The slight slope did not bother us.✦Translating

When you arrive, the scenery is not really impressive, but it is free and very clean. It deserves to exist, and the village is a five-minute walk away. We spent the night there and it was very quiet. There were two motorhomes that evening. Good 4G reception. There are also pétanque courts and Euro services. Thank you to the municipality.✦Translating

If many municipalities could reserve a small parking area like this for us, it would be perfect. Quiet, free and almost flat. Beautiful hikes start from here. A very warm welcome at the tourist office. This young woman gives excellent advice and knows her region well. The pétanque club has fenced off its reserved area at the back of the parking lot.✦Translating

Spacious parking area. The Nolay–Santenay greenway is a beautiful cycling route.✦Translating

Quiet place on a spacious gravel lot by the pétanque club. We did not use the facilities provided at one location. The town has a beautiful market hall. A good starting point for cycling the greenway.✦Translating

Very quiet at night. There is some shade at the back in the evening and near the tree in the morning. Free beach next to the campsite and a shower beside the lifeguards' hut.✦Translating

Large parking area where staying day and night is possible. Little traffic at night. Pretty village with shops, plus a circus and waterfall 4–5 km away.✦Translating
