Residential parking area near the sea and a supermarket, but it is not suitable for staying. Residents say parking is reserved for locals, although this is not signposted. The road ends in a cul-de-sac, and a vehicle became stuck there.

It is a residential area and not suitable. There is a cul-de-sac at the end, and we got stuck!!Translating
Nice parking lot for parking while visiting Opatija - plenty of spaces available when we arrived midday. A walk to Opatija does however start with a sharp downhill to reach the water, but is followed by a 30 min beautiful walk along the water. Did not spend the night, but imagine it can be an okay place for a night.
