Getting here needs an off-road vehicle. Check your ground clearance before setting off.
A gravel parking area near a covered archaeological excavation site, with both a small and a large section, surrounded by nature. Overnight stays have been accepted, and the place is very quiet with a pleasant panorama but no other facilities. Access via Nea Amfipoli is not recommended because the washed-out, steep track has no turning point and may damage the vehicle from halfway up.

There is now a covered archaeological excavation site here. There is a small and a large gravel parking lot. The approach for motorhomes via Nea Amfipoli is not recommended: a washed-out dirt road, steep uphill with no possibility of turning around, and from halfway along the route, vegetation protruding onto the track is guaranteed to damage the paint. In the opposite direction there is a relatively good approa
We stopped here for one night. We arrived around 7 p.m., and the receptionist was still there; she said it was no problem, and it wasn't. Very quiet place, beautiful view. There is nothing else, but I recommend it.
