2 Ohrfeld, 24395, Niesgrau
Been here?
Niesgrau motorhome area is a quiet parking place directly at the yacht harbor, with sea views, electricity, WiFi, water, waste disposal and clean sanitary facilities included for 25€. The pitches are adequate in size but can be very tight, so the edge or first row offers the best experience and views. A bike path leads towards Geltinger Birk, and a restaurant is about a 10-minute walk away. After entering, the ticket must be changed to a motorhome ticket or hourly charges may apply.

Well-maintained site with clean and practical sanitary facilities. From the first row, you can see the Baltic Sea over tall grass; the view is better from the motorhome than from the pitch. Somewhat remote, but directly on the cycle path, for example to Geltinger Birk.
Beautiful place by the harbor with all facilities included for €25: water, electricity, waste disposal, toilet cleaning, Wi-Fi, and showers and toilets for which you receive a code. The only thing we missed was rubbish bins! Wonderful and peaceful at night!
Beautiful site with a great view of the Baltic Sea. The pitches are partitioned and sufficiently large. Fresh water and electricity at the pitch. But beware: for under 24 hours, we had to pay €31.50 instead of €25 because we did not change the ticket to a motorhome ticket at the machine after entering. We did not know this, and it is not explained anywhere at the site. For us, this is a deal-breaker despite the beautiful site!
If you find a spot on the edge, preferably in the first row, the harbor is a very good place to stay. Everything else would have been far too cramped for us, as several others have already written. According to the price board, the first 15 minutes are free, so you can explore the options well with a lap around the site.
We were looking for a place and had to drive through the barrier. With the ticket in hand, we drove around the site. Not to our taste: the pitches are so tight that it is difficult to get a chair out. After five minutes, we had to validate the ticket to get out again, and paid €1.50 for that. In the past, you could at least enter the site this way. We will not return.
Quiet, spacious and very good sanitary facilities, with an entry code. One- and three-day tickets available at the machine. Extension is straightforward with the harbor master.
Shower is good, close to the water and very good view. There is a good restaurant nearby maybe 10 mins walk
5 stars of you can stand closest to the water especially with dogs. the small beach is perfect. nice facilities.
Full site; we did pay €1.50 for entry. So the advice is: park before the barriers and first check whether there is space.
Very nice place at the yacht harbor, friendly welcome. 20/21 June 2025
Very beautiful and quiet motorhome site in the yacht harbor of Gelting Mole. For €25, full service is included. Anyone who loves peace and enjoys cycling tours is in exactly the right place here.
Very quiet, clean and beautifully located motorhome site. €25 including electricity, water and waste services, as well as very clean sanitary facilities that you will gladly use. Immediately after entering, have the ticket changed to a motorhome ticket at the payment machine; otherwise you pay by the hour, which becomes considerably more expensive. The machine is very easy to use, with EC card payment.
This was our favorite place. Clean sanitary facilities, showers, waste disposal and electricity. Everything was wonderful, but now it has become very expensive. For two nights we paid as much as at a campsite: €65! That is far too much for a motorhome site! What a shame!
Our last stop before driving through Denmark; a top-class motorhome site with everything you need and very clean sanitary facilities.
We stayed there for one night. The address is "Sporthafen, Gelting Mole, Niesgrau". Waste can be disposed of in the containers in the harbor area, behind the barrier on the left. €25 is steep, but still acceptable. Fine for one night.
Great spot! Beautiful walking paths along the water. Dump station clearly marked. Toilet at the restaurant, but the restaurant was closed and only opens on weekends. However, the toilet and shower in the next building were open and tidy. Washing machines and dryers downstairs too. Rubbish bins are also by this building. Indeed, there are no bins at the camper site, but there are many seagulls nearby, so that is understandable.
Beautiful motorhome site directly at the harbor, yet completely quiet. The space was sufficient for our panel van. A door code gives access to the very clean sanitary facilities. The restaurant was unfortunately closed, but the harbor master sells bread rolls in the morning. The disposal station is straightforward; fresh water is partly available directly at the individual pitches. Overall, we were more than satisfied.
Nice place, quiet, with water, and electricity. But all the facilities were closed. Would an “offseason “ price be welcomed during the winter month?!
Basically a nice place, but at €25 it is too expensive for my taste when there are not even rubbish bins or similar on site.
We were alone here overnight. Basically great, but beware: immediately after parking, go to the parking meter and use the barrier ticket to obtain the “correct” parking ticket. We arrived in the dark and rain; in the morning, the machine immediately showed €25 and wanted €1.50 for every additional hour. Fortunately, we were able to clarify this with the harbor master and pay the day ticket through him.
Beautiful location. But because of its remote location, it is quiet yet there is nothing else within reach. With a little planning, you can shop beforehand. The sanitary facilities are perfectly adequate. Payment for the site is quick and straightforward. Waste cannot be disposed of at all. Toilets can be emptied, grey water drained and fresh water filled.
